In order to control costs and provide accurate housing availability, please note you must first complete your PDI Registration prior to making housing reservations. Once you register for the PDI, you will receive a confirmation email. Included in this email will be a link to make hotel reservations.

Convention Center is located in downtown San Antonio with the PDI entrance off Market Street thru the Main Lobby.

ASMC has secured rooms at various hotels near the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio. Once you register for the PDI, a housing link will be on the final page of the completed registration process as well as provided in your confirmation to make your hotel reservations. All hotels are within comfortable walking distance to the Convention Center. |

Transportation
Commercial Air:
There are approximately 8 commercial airlines that fly into San Antonio International Airport. San Antonio International Airport is comprised of two adjacent terminal buildings and is located approximately 8 miles north of downtown San Antonio. Airline Information link:

Airport Transportation:
ASMC has arranged a discounted rate with Super Shuttle for airport transportation to your hotel and back to the airport. Book your reservation by using the following link:

Per Diem Information
All official ASMC hotels are within per diem for single rooms. Lodging per diem in San Antonio for May 2019 is $126 per night, with M&IE per diem set at $61. Meals included in the registration fee are breakfast (Wednesday-Friday), lunch (Wednesday-Friday) and dinner (Wednesday). For more information on per diem, travel regulations, and tax exemption,
